A name or birth date submitted through a search tool is transmitted directly to the outside provider operating that tool. The provider processes the query and supplies its results; we do not retain or log those search terms on our systems.
Messages and Contact Submissions
We retain an email message as needed to answer it. It remains within our organization unless disclosure is required by a legal obligation.
Data We Gather Automatically
Loading a page may automatically provide our servers with technical information about the visit, including:

No Warrant Data on File

Our pages explain how Maui County court information may be checked through the Second Circuit, eCourt Kōkua, MPD Records, and the State Sheriff Division where appropriate. We are not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and visitor data is not compiled into consumer reports or dossiers about other people.
Third-Party Search Partners
Outside companies operate the search boxes. Their privacy policies, retention rules, and sharing practices govern information entered there, and we do not control those choices. Read the applicable provider policy before submitting a query.
Links to Other Websites
Links to court portals, law-enforcement pages, legal-aid resources, and third-party tools take visitors away from this site. The destination's privacy policy then applies, so review it before providing personal information.
Some advertising partners may use their own systems to follow activity across websites for targeted advertising.

This website is intended for adults and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone younger than 18. If we learn that a minor supplied such data, we will delete it.

Applicable law may provide additional rights concerning personal data. Hawaiʻi's Uniform Information Practices Act, HRS chapter 92F, governs access to records maintained by state and county agencies; it does not turn this private site into a government records custodian. At a minimum, you can:
