Why We Built This Site
Public access in Hawaiʻi depends on identifying the agency and record first. eCourt Kōkua provides public case information but is not a complete warrant roster. Circuit Court, District Court, and Family Court records remain within the Second Circuit, while MPD holds eligible police records and the State Sheriff Division performs statewide service and security duties. We bring those distinct routes together so readers can understand where to begin and why one empty search does not prove that no warrant exists.
What You Will Find Here
- Warrant lookups: how to use a warrant lookup and confirm a case with the appropriate Second Circuit counter
- Outstanding warrants: how to interpret outstanding warrants without treating a public case search as final confirmation
- Missed court dates: how bench warrants arise in Hawaiʻi courts and which division may hold the case
- Charge-based warrants: how arrest warrants are issued and served in Maui County
- Resolving a warrant: the steps to resolve a warrant, from talking to an attorney to posting bond and a motion to recall or quash
What We Cannot Do
This is a privately run reference site with no connection to a Hawaiʻi court, Maui Police Department, the State Sheriff Division, or any other agency. Those boundaries mean:
- We cannot run an official warrant check or confirm whether a warrant exists for anyone
- We cannot remove, recall, quash, or clear a warrant on any system
- We cannot post bond or accept any kind of payment toward a warrant
- We cannot arrange a surrender, a court date, or a warrant walk-through
- We cannot give legal advice or tell you how a specific warrant applies to you
- We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or warrant listing on this site is current right now
Only the issuing court can authoritatively confirm a court warrant and whether it has been recalled. MPD or the State Sheriff Division can address records actually in that agency's custody, but neither this site nor a third-party result can supply official case status.
Search Partners
Outside providers operate search boxes that appear on some pages and determine their own prices, data practices, and results. A paid signup reached through one of those tools may generate a referral fee that supports free access to this site. We do not control those services, and no partner result is an official Maui County warrant confirmation.
